they/them
Life is about change and growth, but sometimes society thinks it can tell us how to look, act, live, love, and show up in the world. As a LatinX, Native American, queer, nonbinary, non-monogamous, and kinky fat person, I believe everyone deserves to feel they belong in this world. That is why I am here. I'm the person that will create a non-judgmental, supportive space for you to explore who you are and be a companion and guide as you find your truth.
Outside of therapy, I walk my two lovable poochipoos and watch way too many cooking shows with my husband. My favorites are The Great British Baking Show and Worst Cooks In America. I also love painting, drawing, and spending time with my chosen family playing silly board games.
who i work with
I work with people who feel lost, misunderstood, and hopeless. Maybe you are in the process of exploring your sexuality or gender identity. Maybe you are thinking of opening up your relationship, or you and your partner(s) are struggling with navigating an already open relationship. Maybe your body's shape and size, race, or socioeconomic status have you feeling isolated and invisible. I see you. I want to help. I work with folx that have challenges in life and situations that most people wouldn't ever dream of having to go through. This is because I've been through a lot in my own life, and I know what it's like to have to struggle to get to a place of self-love, renewed purpose, and self-acceptance.
therapeutic style
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in a queer paradigm that honors transformation, multiplicity, and the sacredness of lived experience. I draw from experiential, narrative, systemic, and intergenerational frameworks—modalities that allow us to explore not just the stories we tell, but the ones we've inherited, the ones that haunt us, and the ones longing to be rewritten. My work is deeply attuned to the unseen: the wisdom of the body, archetypal patterns, and the cyclical nature of healing.
Whether sitting with individuals, couples, families, or groups, I hold space for those navigating depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, identity expansion, grief, neurodivergence, queer and trans embodiment, BIPOC and Indigenous experiences, and the intricate threads of relational and systemic wounding. I see therapy as a ritual of remembering—of coming home to yourself, your lineage, and your own innate magic.

Insurance plans often have coverage for out-of-network providers and will reimburse some or all of the cost of therapy sessions. This is done via "superbills". I can help you look into this and get reimbursed if possible.
