Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

she/her

Growing up between two cultures taught me that there is never just one way to live or belong. I learned how both beautiful and challenging it can be to be different, and to lose and rebuild community while finding our place in the world. I value the many ways we live in connection—with people, animals, places, ideas, and even the unseen and mystical.

Questioning who we are and how we relate to one another inspired my fascination with the human experience and its interconnectedness. I’m especially drawn to the ways our experiences show up in our relationships and sexuality, and how both are shaped by larger systems.

When I’m not holding space for others, I’m often finding my own—through ritual, in open water, on a dance floor, or out in the forest.

who i work with

I work with clients who are curious about their inner world and seeking deeper healing, moving through the obstacles that limit joy, trust, and belonging. My focus is on couples and relationship systems of all kinds—friends, families, partners, polyamorous or non-monogamous constellations, and kink/BDSM dynamics—using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to navigate communication, trust, intimacy, sex, and trauma. I also support individuals in exploring their inner world and creating meaningful change through Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Some of the issues I work with:

  • Sex and relationships

  • Belonging, cultural minorities, migration grief

  • Adult parent-child relationships

  • Grief, life transitions, end of life, caring for older adults

  • Gender and sexual identity

therapeutic style

I believe change becomes possible when we feel safe and accepted—within ourselves, our relationships, and the larger systems we’re part of—and when we’re able to experience new ways of being. I trust in everyone’s innate capacity to heal, and see my role as helping clients connect with their own inner wisdom and strength.

I recognize that our relationships, environment, and place in the world deeply shape our individual experiences. This includes awareness of power and privilege, and I commit to ongoing reflection and growth around my own impact as both therapist and human.

My approach is trauma-informed and I primarily work through the lenses of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), in which I hold advanced training. I also integrate somatic mindfulness, trusting the body as a vital part of the healing process.

My practice is intentionally evolving, reflecting my belief that therapy, like life, is always growing.
